Mindfulness Meditation Program

Mindfulness Meditation program offered by Adwait Institute of Mindfulness (AIM), designed & developed by highly experienced Yoga-Meditation Master, Yogi Anand, is a unique Meditation Program suitable and required to every individual, who wants to experience stress free life, vibrant psychosomatic health, greater mental clarity, better mental focus, productivity, happy relationships, success, abundance, and happiness.

AIM offers the following types of programs for Mindfulness Meditation Program:

  • Private / Group Session (duration ranges from 30 minutes to 2 hours)
  • Workshop (Duration ranges from 2 hours to 1 day, 2-3-5 days)
  • Lecture (Duration 30 minutes to 90 minutes)
  • Seminar / Conference (Duration: 1 day)
  • Retreat (Duration: 2 nights 3 days, or a week program)
